This is also a great opportunity to ask about healthy shoes that work with Correct Toes and explore your foot care options here at Synergy. Ideally, Correct Toes are one prong of your home care plan, and work best when supplemented with a gait and lower body assessment, soft tissue or chiropractic treatment of the feet and legs (so yummy!), and a solid homework plan to start adding strength and keep those foot problems gone for good!
